Change of ownership: CRISP Partners GmbH acquires Rostock-Laage Airport

Rostock-Laage, 1 July 2025. Rostock-Laage Airport has a new owner: as of July 2025, CRISP Partners GmbH, based in Berlin, has acquired the airport from the Zeitfracht Group.

With the change of ownership, the Baltic-coast airport aims to further advance traffic development and to strengthen the location as a flexible 24/7 airport for travel, business aviation, airlines and site development.

For passengers, partners and employees, day-to-day operations remain unchanged: the airport continues to operate without restriction. Further information on the strategic direction will follow.
