Storage period

4. Data collection on this website
Server log files

We do not pass on this data without your consent. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. Plugins and tools
OpenStreetMap (map display)
On the "Location & Investors" page we embed an interactive map via the Leaflet library with map material from OpenStreetMap. The provider is the OpenStreetMap Foundation (OSMF), St John's Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom. When the map is loaded, map tiles are retrieved from OpenStreetMap's servers; in doing so your IP address is transmitted to OpenStreetMap. Use is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in an appealing presentation of our directions; where consent has been requested, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TTDSG. 6. Our own services
Handling of applicant data
We offer you the opportunity to apply to us (e.g. by email or post). We process the personal data associated with this to the extent necessary for deciding on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is § 26 BDSG, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and – if you have given consent – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. If we cannot make you a job offer, you reject a job offer or withdraw your application, we retain your data for up to 6 months after the end of the application process (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and then delete it.
7. Video surveillance
At Rostock-Laage Airport, video surveillance is carried out in some areas; the relevant areas are signposted. The video surveillance serves the implementation of security measures under § 8 of the Aviation Security Act as well as the safeguarding of the legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) of the airport operator. The data is retained until the intended purpose is achieved, but for a maximum of 7 days (exception: securing evidence in the event of specific incidents). No data is transferred to third countries or international organisations.
