The terminal

The new terminal was formally opened and put into operation on 9th September 2005.

Over a surface of 90 x 60m, it is a modern building with international flair which is designed to process up to 1 million passengers each year.

The terminal has two passenger bridges to process aircraft directly from the terminal, another 5 remote stations and floor space in the manoeuvring area. The terminal was planned in accordance with international and binding IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulations and the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation) manual. Of course, there is no shortage of parking spaces. 1000 parking slots are available, as well as a coffee bar, shops and much more in the terminal itself.
