Information for disabled passengers and those with limited mobility

Rostock-Laage Airport was designed with the disabled in mind. The terminal, the car park, sanitary facilities, lifts, food establishments and shops are freely accessible. Our airport staff will assist you when departing and checking in luggage, checking in and at the security gate. You will be accompanied on-board the plane. Upon arrival you will be collected from the aeroplane and, together with your luggage, accompanied to where your family/vehicle is waiting.

Notification

When booking your journey or at least 48 hours before your departure, please notify your travel agent or airline of your disabled status/the services required. This is the only way we can ensure you have the full range of assistance available.

Parking your own vehicle

Disabled parking is located in parking area P1, directly in front and to the left and right of the terminal. These may only be used by people with a valid disabled permit. The terminal has a ramp for easy access. Should you need assistance from the parking area, please use the callboxes provided.

Upon presenting your disabled parking permit at the airport information desk when you return, your parking ticket will be validated, enabling you to park for free.
