Your luggage

Luggage as well as oversized and bulky bags will undergo a full security check. As every airline has its own specific luggage regulations, please refer to your travel documents, contact your airline or travel agency to get information about free luggage allowance and regulations for hand luggage. You need to inform your travel agent or airline carrier about oversized or bulky luggage like surfboards or bicycles ahead of time. Baby carriages, bicycles and buggies need to be properly packed. Please read the information about this on your ticket, ask your airline carrier or your travel agent.

Luggage carts are available in front of the terminal, in the “arrivals” area and in all parking lots.

The respective airline takes responsibility to settle lost or damaged luggage. Our team from airport information will be happy to assist you by submitting a report for mislead or damaged pieces of luggage.
